Online sessions  in French, English or /and Portuguese . Usually at 7h30 CET time on Thursdays 

The in-person sessions happen in Flon, maximum 2 people, at my cabinet.
The in-person group Breathwork sessions are suspended. Due to the fast changing situation, live breathwork sessions are announced on my facebook page a week before the event and/or through direct message. Please contact me to know more and get the dates/locations.
